Reset Your Password

If you have forgotten your password and can't access your Vish account, you can request a code to verify your identity, then update your password using the Vish dashboard.

Resetting your password

  1. Navigate to your salon's Vish Dashboard by going to[salon-id]

    • Make sure to replace [salon-id] with your Salon's name/identifier - if you don't know what this is please contact us
  2. Click the Forgot password? button underneath the login form

  3. Enter the email address associated with your Vish account and click Next

  4. Check your email for a 4-digit verification code

  5. Enter the verification code into the form and click Next

  6. Choose a new password and click Update password.

You are now able to log in using your updated password. Click the Go to login button to be taken directly to the login form.


I didn't receive a password reset email

Check your spam or junk folder - sometimes emails intended for your Inbox will end up there. If emails from Vish aren't being delivered to your Inbox, you may have to add to your address book and/or whitelist.

I lost access to the email connected to my Vish account

For security purposes, you must have access to the email address associated with your Vish account to receive the verification code. If you can't access this email account for some reason, ask an owner or admin to update the email address linked to your account, or contact our support team.
