Discontinued Colors - Now Flagged at the Bowl
When a historical formula pulls in a product that's been removed from your inventory, it used to slip through quietly, throwing off your counts and your reporting.
Now Vish catches it at the bowl. Your team gets an instant prompt and can swap the product in one tap before mixing.
One tap and takes less than 2 seconds. No accidental mixes from outdated formulas. Just smooth services and happy clients.
Goals Configuration & Metrics Tracking
Your dashboard has always shown you the numbers. Now it can tell you whether you're actually on track.
Pin what matters to you: Every salon tracks different things. Choose up to 4 metrics to keep front and center on your dashboard and no more scrolling past numbers you don't care about. Find the selector in the three-dot menu next to the date picker. Available metrics include Bowls Reweighed, Engagement, Avg. Product Used Per Service, Waste % of Total Product, Total Color Cost, Estimated Waste, Product Charges, Actual Waste, and Total Product Weight.
Set your own targets: Set up to 3 goals with a target value for any operational metric. Progress bars update in real time throughout the period so your team can see exactly how close they are. Goals are available for Bowls Reweighed, Avg. Product Used Per Service, Engagement, and Waste % of Total Product.
Not sure where to start? Vish defaults are still there as a reference:
- $8 average product per service
- 10% waste, and
- 90% reweigh rate.

Inventory Ordering Improvements
A handful of fixes to the SalonCentric ordering experience, less friction, fewer surprises, more accurate counts.
- One-click receive: Receiving an order is now a single step. The old two-step flow is gone.
- Product status visibility: If something in your cart is out of stock or inactive at SalonCentric, you'll see it flagged before you submit. No more discovering missing items after the fact — you can swap it out or split it into a manual order on the spot.
- Automatic re-authentication: Session expired mid-order? Vish catches it and prompts you to log back in. Your cart stays put so you don't have to start over.
- Partial shipment reconciliation: If SalonCentric ships 10 of the 12 bottles you ordered, Vish flags the gap. You can reconcile the order against your actual packing slip and keep your On Order counts clean.
- Order editing: Quantities and line items can be updated at any point, even after receiving. Your records should reflect what's actually on your shelves; now they will.
Billing Access & Payment Updates
Updating your payment method shouldn't be a support ticket. For too many salons, it was. So we fixed it. Now:
- Billing is easier to find: Billing is now accessible directly from your profile dropdown. No more hunting through Config.
- Failed payment alert: If a payment fails, a red indicator appears on your profile icon so it's impossible to miss and easy to act on quickly.
