Dashboard — New Look & Feel​

The entire analytics experience has been redesigned from the ground up. It's faster, more intuitive, and gives you the context you need to actually act on your data.

  • New dashboard layout — Every metric comes with a plain-English definition. No more staring at a number wondering if it's good or bad.
  • Goal tracking — See Vish-recommended targets based on the habits of the most profitable salons, right from your home screen. A real-time progress bar shows you exactly where you stand.
  • Employee leaderboard — Rank your team by reweigh rate, waste %, or average product per service. Click any name to see their full profile and how they compare to your salon average.
  • Service analytics — Your most-performed services, total product dispensed, and a full breakdown of every menu
  • Historical comparisons — Compare this week to last, or zoom out to monthly trends. Date filters update everything — metrics and goal progress — in real time.
  • Interactive history graph — Toggle product breakdown, services performed, and reweigh rate on or off. Break data down by day, week, or month.
  • Real-time data — All mixes on the tablet appear in the dashboard immediately, not the next day. CSV export — Download the full employee or service report for offline use.

Inventory — New Streamlined Workflow​

Inventory has been simplified to reduce clicks, reduce confusion, and give you a clearer picture of your stock at all times.

  • Category layout — Products are grouped by category and product line, with a frozen header as you scroll. No more hunting through alphabetical lists.
  • One-step ordering — Quantity and add-to-cart are now a single action. A slide-out cart stays visible while you scroll, with a running total updating in real time.
  • Stock breakdown — Hover over any Available count to see exactly how it was calculated: manual count, usage since last count, and received shipments.
  • Smarter filters — Toggle between Low Stock, In Stock, Incoming, and All Products. The default shows only what you need; more columns are there when you want them.
  • "Incoming" replaces "On Order" — Because "ordered but not yet received" is what it actually means.
  • Excel export — Download the current table view with a read-only snapshot of manual count.
  • Delete prepared orders — Managers can now delete orders that have been prepared but not yet submitted.

App Updates​

A visual refresh across the board — cleaner, faster, easier to navigate.

  • Updated color system and component styling throughout
  • Collapsible sidebar for more screen space
  • Improved scrolling and layout behavior
  • Redesigned login experience, optimized for mobile

Bug Fixes​

  • Receiving Orders — Fixed a bug where updating one product's quantity during receiving was incorrectly changing other products at the same time.
  • Receiving Orders — Stock counts now update automatically when an order is received, so your inventory actually reflects what's on your shelf.

Under the Hood​

This release includes a major backend upgrade - the most significant infrastructure overhaul since Vish was built. The short version: the app is faster, your data is more accurate, and we've laid the foundation for the real-time features and deeper reporting that are coming next. You probably won't notice most of it. That's the point.
